We hired Montemayor General Contracting for a home renovation project (demolition of existing fireplace, retiling fireplace, drywall, painting), and would absolutely recommend them. Santiago and his team were responsive, polite, proactively communicative, and completed the project in a timely manner. Santiago worked extremely hard to meet expectations, and when there were revisions/touch-ups to be made, handled the feedback in a transparent and gracious way. For our basement, we wanted to change the carpet to laminate flooring and add a kitchenette (small cabinets, sink, counter, backsplash, fridge). After speaking to a few contractors, Santiago was the only contractor that I felt comfortable working with. Santiago helped us with ideas and planning throughout this project.
